We assume overall responsibilty for the heat and refrigeration supply in buildings, industrial objects and community facilities, offering efficient energy solutions from one source – from the planning to the operation of housing technical systems including service.

In order to strengthen our position in Republica Srpska, we are searching for a sales professional with general management skills and technical understanding.

Job description

  • You will be fully responsible for the growth of our business in Republica Srpska primarily focused on selling energy solutions real estate developers, property operators, companies and communal institutions,
  • building up a solid business in the region supported by a small team in Banja Luka will be your main task. Your responsibility is to develop appropriate sales strategies and to promote company`s services in accordance with the planned sales and profit targets,
  • calculation of profitable and sustainableprojects to ensure long-lasting relationships with satisfied clients is an important part of it. You will be organizing and managing the local office and regularely be in touch with the management in Austria.

Necessary skills end knowledge

  • We are searching for a sales professional with proven track record in selling project solutions in the energy sector, facility management or a related industry.
  • as an active and ambitious individual, you enjoy identifying new opportunities, building up sustainable relationships with potential customers and convincing them to become our partner,
  • excellent planning, organizational and negotiation skills as well as good command of English and/or German are prerequisites for this position.
