We are young, ambitious, international logistics company. Currently we are looking for an Experienced Trucking Dispatcher to join our team in Banja Luka/Prijedor and work with USA market. Experienced Trucking Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
- Plan routes for trucks and drivers;
- Review market and supplier pricing to determine and select the best location to send trucks;
- Negotiate rates with the brokers;
- Review drivers’ logs for accuracy and violations;
Maintain relationships with drivers, vendors, managers, customers, and other dispatchers
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (American English is an advantage);
- At least 1 year of trucking dispatching (US market) experience is a must;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong negotiating, organizational and planning skills
