RE Systems is a company which provides tehnical support and customer support to transportation company based in Canada. For a newly opened business unit in the Banja Luka we are looking for:
Tehnical support worker
Basically we are looking for a candidate who has a excellent knowledge in English.
Job description:
- Receiving calls
- Support and troubleshooting of IT system that may occur in offices in Canada
- Monitoring surveillance systems in Canada
Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work through detailed processes
- Empathetic
- Aptitude to learn new things
- Strong documentation
- Knowledge of French
Technical Skills (1-3 years experience):
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Office
- General productivity, Printing, file management, etc.
- Business Application experience (client server, cloud)
- Password management
