Telesales Manager

We are looking for a friendly and lively person to help us with making phone calls. To be successful in this role you should be persistent, persuasive, and friendly. You must understand that people don’t have much time to speak when cold called, so moving through the motions of scheduling should be a shorter process. The goal is to sign up with trucking companies.

Responsibilities:

• Make phone calls to potential customers
• Ask appropriate questions to help understand customer requirements
• Record updated customer information and put-call notes into a database
• Keep records of all calls and use information obtained during them

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (American English is an advantage)
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Ability to use computers and telephones for a full work day
• Excellent communication skills

Previous telemarketing or cold calling experience is a plus.

Understanding of USA trucking industry or dispatching experience is a plus.

Salary based on fix + bonus per every sign up with a trucking company.
