Experienced Dispatcher/Fleet Manager

We are young, ambitious, international logistics company.

Currently we are looking for experienced Fleet Manager/Dispatcher to join our team and work with USA market.

Working hours are 14.00-24.00 so please consider if that is acceptable for You before submitting both CV and Motivation letter.

Responsibilities:

• Plan routes for trucks and drivers;
• Review market and supplier pricing to determine and select the best location to send trucks for pulling the product;
• Negotiate rates with the brokers;
• Review drivers’ logs for accuracy and violations;
• Maintain relationships with drivers, vendors, managers, customers, and other dispatchers

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (American English is an advantage);
• At least 1 year of dispatching (US market) experience is a must;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong negotiating, organizational and planning skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office
