Job description:

Are you a dedicated team player ready for a challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will coordinate both domestic and transborder shipments for our valued customers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate rates and availability with various carriers
• Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures effectively
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of client orders, both domestically and across borders
• Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to customers
• Schedule appointments for inbound and outbound shipments
• Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives and pricing teams for accurate shipment execution
• Assist customers and third parties with inquiries and problem resolution, escalating when necessary

Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation logistics
• Excellent knowledge in English
• Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• The ability to negotiate
• Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work as a team
