As one of the first hires in our growing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we build and scale our content department.

 Role Overview

 We’re looking for a skilled English content writer with strong editorial instincts and a natural feel for how ideas connect in writing. You’ll be responsible for producing SEO-focused blog posts and articles that balance journalistic storytelling with analytical depth. The ideal candidate can take complex topics and turn them into engaging, credible narratives that perform well in search and resonate with human readers.

 Responsibilities

•  Research and write in-depth blog posts and SEO articles for B2B SaaS clients.
•  Apply on-page SEO best practices (headings, internal links, keyword placement, etc.).
•  Write in a clear, conversational, and data-driven tone while adapting to different brand voices.
• Align content with search intent and topical authority goals.
• Fact-check and source credible data to strengthen content accuracy and depth.
• Edit and improve existing articles when needed for SEO or style consistency.
• Meet deadlines and manage workload independently.

Requirements

•  Minimum of 2+ years of professional writing (long form content) experience in English
•  Strong command of English grammar, structure, and tone adaptation (minimum level: fluent).
• Familiarity with Google Docs and basic on-page SEO principles.
• Proven ability to write content that both informs and engages.
• Self-motivated, organized, and curious about how search and content intersect.
• Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina (remote or Banja Luka office).
