Tehnical support worker
Basically we are looking for a candidate who has an excellent knowledge in English.
Job description:
- Receiving calls
- Support and troubleshooting of IT system that may occur in offices abroad
- Monitoring surveillance systems
- Working closely with teams abroad
Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work through detailed processes
- Empathetic
- Aptitude to learn new things
- Strong documentation
Technical Skills (1-3 years experience):
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Office (Office 365)
- Google Sheets – Excel
- Familiar with surveillance systems
- General productivity, Printing, file management, etc.
- Business Application experience (client server, cloud)
- Password management
