LogistiBilling & Invoicing Specialist – Logistics

 Primary Responsibilities:  Invoice Processing

• Generate accurate invoices for logistics services, including transportation, storage, and additional services. 
• Incorporate charges from lumping services into orders within the logistics system. 
• Invoice clients and upload invoices into systems such as Cass, working with platforms like Sealed Air, Treehouse, and E2. 
• Ensure all revenue from accessorial charges is captured and invoiced accurately. 

Proof of Delivery (POD) Management

• Send POD requests and track responses. 
• Review PODs for deliveries that are signed, damaged, or short. 
• Address any POD issues by reviewing Purchase Orders (POs), Bills of Lading (BOLs), and consignee signatures. 
• Collaborate with dispatch teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper billing. 

Customer & EDI Communication

• Manage EDI customers, ensuring smooth billing and data transfer processes. 
• Communicate effectively with carriers, dispatch, and clients to resolve billing or delivery issues.

CCT Rates

Any rate variance etc., will be forward back to dispatch. 
Wait Time -Helps the CSR team with requesting and adding wait time to their orders by working with the carriers
